Using Career Assessments to Understand Your Brand

Perhaps Warren Buffet, Chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway and one of the richest men in the world, said it best: “There can’t be two you’s.” (Business2.com, December 2005)

The implications of that statement for the world of work, personal branding and career management are profound. Our uniqueness is precisely what positions each and every one of us to excel in our chosen careers. The ability to tap into that uniqueness – to know it, own it, and leverage it – is the foundation for attaining career happiness and success. It allows us to align WHO we are with WHAT we want out of life and HOW we want to attain it. Branding and career assessments can help us in that quest.
