Use a Social Account
Check the box next to "Remember Me" to stay logged in for a long time.
NOTE: Remember Me is specific to a browser and device. If you go to the site using a new browser or device, you will need to log in and check the "Remember Me" box again.
To reset your password, click on the "Lost Your Password" link below the form.
Once you enter your account's email address or username, click the "Get New Password" button.
An email with a reset link will be sent to your Inbox. It might take a few minutes to arrive depending on your e-mail service.
Click on the link in the email. It will take you to a screen where you enter your new password.
After you enter your new password, you will be directed to a login screen where you will enter your password again.
NOTE: Your password is encrypted therefore the CDI staff cannot see it.
You do not need to remember your username. You can use the email address registered to your account instead.
Please check your spam folder to see if it was delivered there by mistake.
Depending on your email service, it might take a few minutes to arrive.
Do you have the correct email address registered with us?
The email is sent to the address listed in your user account. If you have recently changed your email address, please contact us and we will change it for you.
Having problems resetting your password?
The reset link in an email is different every time you press the "Reset Password" button.
- Make sure you only press down on the Reset Password button once.
If you press the button twice or restart the "lost password" process, the old reset link won't work and you need to wait for the new reset password email.
- You might have to wait a 5-10 minutes to receive the email depending on your e-mail service.
- Is your user account's email address wrong? Contact us to change it.
