This is a great opportunity to kick off the 1st Annual “Update Your References Week”, now officially registered with Chases’ Calendar of Events and sponsored exclusively by CDI. Mark your calendar for the first full week in May, because that’s when we want to attract the media’s attention. So what’s the purpose of UYRW? Once a year, we will remind our clients and the media the importance of staying in touch employment references. With mergers, downsizing, layoffs, and a turbulent job market, it’s important now more than ever to catch up with former co-workers and supervisors. We can also contact our clients and remind them to update their references!
