If you’re looking for new and unique ways to get your business on television, without paying a dime, keep reading. One plan I put into place last year included PBS Auctions. In several cities across the United States, Public television stations hold annual fundraising campaigns. When I lived in Denver, instead of the usual “beg-a-thon,” KRMA instead solicited donations from businesses. They in turn “auctioned” off the product or service on live television, using local radio personalities, news anchors, and other celebrities as the auctioneers.
