I don't know anyone who actually likes job searching. What I do know is, it's much easier when you have an expert on your team who brings significant value to the party--someone who's safe to talk to about confidential information, supports you when obstacles crop up (which happens more often than we'd like to think), and stays committed to seeing things through, so you achieve your goal.
Here's what gets me up and going every day: I might not be able to convince you that a job search is fun, but if I do my part right, you'll find it practically painless and definitely productive!
I will give you the expert support you need--from start to finish. If we hit roadblocks, I will work with you to find a way around them. I believe there's nearly always a path we can take, if we look hard enough and approach it the right way--with persistence and open-mindedness. I'm committed to doing my very best to make sure our collaboration delivers the full value you need--and deserve.
In fact, helping clients progress from where they are to where they want to be in their careers drives everything I do. As the saying goes, "life is too short" to spend it doing something you're not happy about. Also, it makes me sad when people miss out on good career opportunities because they're not prepared to take advantage of them.
I work with senior-level individuals who often have a busy schedule or who are planning a highly confidential job search. I can do a lot to reduce the hassles, maximize their time, and enable them to conduct a more successful search. In many cases, that means shortening the duration of the job search, so they can land their new job sooner.
