She specializes in senior level military transitions, federal government applications, and Senior Executive Service (SES) resumes (one level down from political appointees), and Executive Core Qualification statements.
As the Director of the Certified Professional Career Coach program, a PARW/CC certification, and Board member for PARW/CC, Diane trains job seekers and career coaches on the full spectrum of career management and job search including resume writing, interviewing, salary negotiations, on-boarding and more. She has trained military transition readiness assistance coaches, ACAP/TAP counselors, and military including senior officers in leadership and transition programs, wounded warriors and spouses in the USA, Europe, Japan, and Korea. She also trains and coaches federal government employees from a myriad of federal agencies across the USA, Europe, and Puerto Rico. She has traveled 450+K flight miles since 2014 training career coaches and job seekers.
Diane speaks at many national industry conferences. She was the winner of the Industry Hero Award (Fall 2016), National Resume Writers Association, and she was on the Front cover of Women of Distinction, Fall 2016.
Diane is a former Special Agent Investigator for DoD and Employment Specialist/Recruiter for Northrop Corporation in Los Angeles. She has lived and worked in in Germany, the Washington, DC corridor, and Orange County/Los Angeles. She worked her way through university at Disneyland.
