Mary Ann Victor

I am an attorney and human resources consultant who works with companies and individuals on employment strategies. I was general counsel and CHRO of a publicly-held medical device company until it was acquired. I led the company’s HR, legal, and investor relations departments, and developed marketing and HR strategies. I have a broad understanding of business and hiring manager requirements. Earlier, I was consultant in Deloitte’s employee benefits group and an employment lawyer with the Varnum firm. Before law school my focus was public relations, investor relations, and marketing. As CHRO, I reviewed thousands of resumes and selected and hired several hundred employees. I drew on that experience to start my company. I work with executives on HR and talent-acquisition strategies, and help job seekers develop career-change strategies and career documents, including resumes, LI profiles and executive and director bios. I am a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit Mercy Law School.
