This members-only conversation was created as a candid space to talk about what career professionals are seeing right now, what appears to be shifting, what is still working, and where members may need support next.
During the session, members shared honest observations around slower buyer behavior, AI’s impact on visibility and client expectations, changing referral patterns, the importance of niche positioning, the value of speaking and partnerships, the continuing need for human-centered coaching, and the growing importance of understanding how AI is reshaping both job search and career services.
The conversation also made one thing clear: members do not want to navigate this changing market in isolation.
