You know what difficult clients are like – they drain your energy, make you dread opening your email or answering your phone, hound you outside business hours, and even make you worry about chargebacks.

“One man’s trash is another man’s treasure” does apply here, because some of the items in the checklist below may not represent a problem for you, even if they leave your colleague groaning in dread. But, be aware of these potential danger zone clients, understand which ones make you feel tired or that you are simply working too hard – then avoid them in the future at all costs!
