You might think I am being insensitive, but I am speaking from experience. I remember in my second year of business, having already won resume writing awards and earned certifications, watching my client with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree and no practical experience land a $150K cardiothoracic device sales position that he said he, “Could never have landed without me.”

WHAT A SMACK IN THE FACE!

I had the marketing skill to get him in the door and position him for a 6-figure salary with no experience. Yet, I was making $15/hour (when I averaged it out).

Something was REALLY wrong with this picture!

So, I changed the game.

I’m not going to say it happened overnight (it happened mid-way through my third business year) or that I did it alone (I couldn’t have done it that quickly or perhaps at all without guidance). But at the 2.5 year point I was earning over six figures and I never looked back.

In fact, I have found in this industry – an amazing industry with a soul, where you can make a difference while earning an incredible living – that I have been able to sustain this no matter the challenge (or goal). Consider what these opportunities could mean to your business:
