The Certified Internet Job Search Expert (CIJSE) course, formerly the Certified Career Research Expert, will allow you to learn to guide clients through the process of exploring their career options and tapping into the hidden job market. Suddenly the Internet goes from overwhelming to targeted as you learn about all the ways to leverage this vast tool to create targeted career and employment information plans for your clients.

Virtually anyone who helps others find a job or career  should earn this certification.

Earning the CDI's CIJSE allows the holder to be able to:

• Identify and tap into the vast wealth of Internet job search resources

• Evaluate and prioritize relevant sources of information for targeted career and employment research

• Lead clients step-by-step through the creation and execution of effective career and job search plans

• Identify most, if not all, appropriate career/employment targets for clients

• Evaluate the relative worth of various Internet targets for career/employment information

• Prioritize these targets in order of importance for clients.

The CIJSE will allow you to confidently provide your clients with the full spectrum of career services -- to provide coaching and training sessions on finding and identifying career and employment information on the Internet to creating targeted plans of action. If you are self-employed, you will have an exciting new revenue stream.

Each section of the CIJSE is a self-study program that can be completed at your own pace. At the completion of the modules, you will submit a completed portfolio of the completed exercises along with three client career plan case studies. Upon approval there will be a timed examination administered via email.
